Features:
1) Integral construction made of high grade cast iron
2) Internal stress is removed by way of heat treatment so as to
make sure of an endurable precision of the best rigidity
3) A square sliding rail is used for the main shaft to greatly enhance
both stability and shock resistance
4) For the sliding rail, the lubricating points are averagely distributed
and arranged and a volumetric oil injector is used to make each
of the oil injecting points equal and the lubrication of the sliding
faces uniform
5) A C3 grade precise screw-bar is used with the main shaft to
match with the pre-press of the screw cap and the pre-pull of the
screw-bar for the pre-removal of both back space and temperature
rise caused stretch
6) The screw-bar of the main shaft is fitted with a P4 grade precise
bearing for a best axial rigidity
7) The main shaft is fitted with a high rigid P4 grade bevel-angle ball
bearing by way of precisely grinded assembly to make sure of the
best dynamic rotating precision and duration
8) The structure is designed into oil-water separation and the sliding
rail's oil is collectedly recovered, in line with the requirement for
environmental protection
